Curriculum Quality Structural Design

Academic Leadership That Shapes Schools and Results.

For over three decades, I have led and built international schools across Southeast Asia. I advise school owners and leadership teams on the academic decisions that determine long-term performance, including curriculum design and resourcing, timetable and staffing models, and exam readiness aligned to Cambridge and Pearson standards.

My practice is grounded in principal-level leadership and sustained classroom experience. Schools engage me to bring clarity to complex academic environments, protect standards through periods of growth and change, and ensure students are prepared for examinations with confidence and rigour.

Core Competencies

From Intent to Classroom Reality

Curriculum Leadership & Academic Direction

I lead curriculum development across grades with close attention to coherence, sequencing, and assessment alignment. This includes selecting and adapting textbooks, working directly with publishers, and ensuring curriculum decisions reflect Cambridge IGCSE and Pearson requirements. Teachers are provided with clear direction, and students progress through a curriculum that is well structured and academically sound.

Academic Structures and Staffing Models

I design timetables and staffing models that support effective teaching and learning across the school. Subject time allocation, exam-year planning, and structured academic support are built into the timetable from the outset. This approach creates stability across the academic year and allows staff to focus on delivery rather than ongoing adjustment.

Assessment Insight & Exam Readiness

I work closely with Cambridge and Pearson examiners to understand how student work is evaluated. These insights inform assessment design, instructional guidance, and student preparation. Exam readiness is embedded into daily practice, helping students approach assessments with clarity and confidence.
